The practice spans solo meditation with a held stone all the way to elaborate crystal grids: geometric arrangements of multiple stones on a sacred-geometry template (such as the Flower of Life) that are "activated" by tracing a line between each stone with a quartz point while repeating an affirmation. How to do it
