About
About Aya — the home of the AYA Method
Aya is the home of the AYA Method — a daily audio manifestation practice built around a short personalized recording of your future self. We made the app for the people who had tried everything else and found it flat.
Why we built Aya
The first thing we tried was an affirmation app. Then a journaling app. Then a vision-board app. Then a meditation app. Each one started well. Each one fell off after a few weeks. The pattern was the same: the apps asked us to do something. They asked us to think, write, visualize, decide. By week three, the asking was the friction.
What we wanted was the opposite — a practice we could receive rather than perform. Something to listen to. A voice that already knew us. A future self who showed up daily, said the thing we needed to hear, and let us go about our morning.
That is the app we built.
The method, in one sentence
The AYA Method is a daily audio manifestation practice — listening to a short personalized recording of your future self.
Listening is the practice. Repetition is the work. The audio is the method.
Who Aya is for
Aya is for people who have tried generic affirmation apps and found them flat. It is for people who already journal and want a practice that does not ask for more time. It is for people who want manifestation to feel intimate, not performative.
It works especially well for women in their twenties and thirties, but it is not made for any single audience. If you would rather listen than read, you are who we made this for.
The team
Aya is a small independent team. The app is built and run by founders who use the practice daily. The team is intentionally lean — the work is in the product, not in the marketing.
The editorial writing on this site is written by a rotating cast of independent writers who use the AYA Method. Their bylines are real; their bios are on each post.
