The Full Moon is best used for eliminating unwanted influences in your life. Think of it as 'shining a light' on issues or challenges. You can use this time for releasing old patterns or issues, and open the door for healing by giving energy to positive patterns you'll put in place. The energies of the Full Moon are strongest during the 3 days prior to the rise of the Full Moon, the night of the Full Moon and during the 3 days after.

Februarys' Full Moon falls into astrological sign of Virgo who loves simplicity and practicality.
Connected to the element fire, the small intestines are about the fire of transformation. The digestive fire changes food into blood. The fire of the heart is for spiritual endurance, like the Olympic flame. When we see the ‘fire’ in someone’s eyes, it tells us that person is living from their heart. The fire helps one develop a personal life view based on what is pure. (1)
Key is to simplify. Keep life and especially diet simple and pure.
- Problems digesting food.
- Confusion about what is pure and what is not pure.

Things to avoid:

Full Moon Community Healing Circle
Wednesday, February 24, 2016 7.00PM - 8.30PM
you are invited to this monthly gathering and participate in sacred circle time for healing Self, family, friends, community and the world.
With this ever evolving Community Healing Circle, which I have offered since 2014 in Winston-Salem, I am pleased to offer you and our community a moment of respite, in which you can connect to your innate nature and ability to heal yourself and those you care about. And together we raise our vibrations, celebrate life and use this opportunity for sacred activism.
Circle time is both dynamic and structured. Change agent moon presents us each month with different energies and rhythms and this will effect the presiding currents of our monthly gatherings. We find structure and form from the ancient teachings of Kundalini Yoga, which activate healing and help us direct it towards Self and others.
The two main components of the Full Moon Community Healing Circles are:
Passive receiving - guided meditation and a healing sound bath while you relax.
Active creating - meditating and chanting a healing mantra which was used in the East for thousands of years. Once a secret practice and reserved only for Brahmans, now widely used, after being given to us by Guru Bhajan, spiritual teacher and master of Kundalini Yoga.
We will end our gathering with a cup of Yogi Tea.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and to reserve your place.
No experience necessary.
Class cost $15
At each class we will collect and donate $5.00 form each participant to a local charity. You will be able to put a suggestion of your favorite charity in a bag from which we will draw once every three month and then deliver our collective love offering to the chosen recipient.
May this Full Moon find you warm and well nourished in body, mind and spirit.
