A Full Moon Meditation Gathering
Each Full Moon we gather and capture the brightness of the moon to illuminate our intentions of healing our world and ourselves.
We look at the current astrological and seasonal energies to inform us how we can better align ourselves with their natural rhythms.
The ancient technologies of Kundalini Yoga, which we will practice, will guide us inward where we will connect and activate our innate truth and healing capacities.
We will practice some breathing and movement techniques.
There are 12 astrological signs, and the Moon spends roughly 2 1/2 days in each sign and takes 28 days to circumnavigate the zodiac.
Each astrological sign has a different personality and energy, and together, they influence our daily thoughts, moods and activities.
Emotionally one may feel
- The need for Perfection
- A vengeful attitude
The kidney energy is responsible for how we age, the quality of our bones, pulling prana from the lungs, our hearing, and our motivation.
Kidneys are easily damaged trough overdoing life with thrills, tress, drugs and other stimulants.
- Dizziness upon standing
- Sweaty hand and feet
- Bone and ear problems
- Cold extremities
- Muscle tightness in low and mid back
- Diaphragm and upper shoulders
- Urinary or reproduction problems
- Puffy face
Things to eat

This Full Moon has me in the middle of a move and I am a bit behind with posting.
