A Full Moon Meditation Gathering
Together we activate our desires to fulfill our need to participate, contribute and be part of something larger than us, and celebrate the fullness of life.
We will practice breathing and movement techniques, and will recite mantras based on the teachings of Kundalini Yoga.
These techniques have been applied by people for thousands of years and are as beneficial to us now, as they where throughout times.

Things to eat
All red foods: peppers, watermelon, cherries, red grapes, strawberries, grapefruit, cabbage and more.
Also bitter foods: rucola, red beets, turmeric, dark chocolate, coffee, green and black tea, basil, Brussels sprouts & more.
Things to avoid
Too much bitter food is not good
To much thinking
Time pressure = heart suffering
Wear red and carry red stones over the heart or on the little finger.
Hold and massage little finger of each hand for 2 minutes
Think and say the key phrase “I Will”
Peel and dice the beets
Preheat oven to 375-400 degrees.
In a quart size plastic bag combine the juice of a lemon, about two generous tablespoons of peeled and diced fresh ginger, diced garlic, and about a quarter of a cup of olive oil.
Shake to your favorite grooves until all the beets are well covered ;-).
Place in an ovenproof dish and bake until vegetables are soft.
